■ 소개
줄기세포 기반 재생의료 연구실은 줄기세포 생물학과 조직공학, 그리고 organ on a chip 기술을 융합하는 다양한 연구를 진행 중.
• 분야 1: 다양한 성체줄기세포의 치료 효능을 극대화하기 위한 전략을
개발하고 있으며, 이를 위해 줄기세포의 대사 조절, 유전자
발현, 면역 조절 연구.
• 분야 2: 줄기세포의 분화 및 노화와 관련 분자생물학적 기전을
밝히는 연구.
• 분야 3: 히알루론산, 콜라겐, 젤라틴 등 다양한 천연고분자물질을 이용해 줄기세포를 3차원적으로
지지할 수 있는 바이오소재 기반 인공 조직 개발.
• 분야 4: 폐, 자궁–난소, 뇌, 고환 등 주요
장기의 미세환경을 모사하는 organ-on-a-chip 기술을 활용하여, 약물의 독성 및 효능을 예측.
