■ 소개
본 연구진은 지금까지 암 유발 신규 유전자에
의한 1) 암줄기세포 전환 규명 2) 암줄기 전환으로 인한
암대사 조절을 통한 암미세환경 조절 메카니즘 규명 3)
RNA seq. 및 metabolomics 분석을 통한 암줄기 세포 전환에 의한 새로운
암줄기세포 및 암대사 맞춤형 표식인자 탐색 및 이용 가능성 확인 4) 신규 암줄기 세포 및 암대사 조절
유전자의 유방암 발암·전이 및 암줄기 세포 전환 및 암대사에 조절 기능 규명을 통해 효과적으로 억제할 수 있는 암줄기세포 표적 치료제의 개발에
있어 중요한 작용점 확립을 통해 본 연구진의 목표인 신약 타겟 항암제 개발에 일조할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
